The Mews Huddle delivers an exceptional solution for agile teams needing acoustic privacy for private conversations without isolation, showcasing multiple features. Designed with a robust black powder-coated aluminum frame and large expanses of toughened glass, the pod strikes the ideal balance between openness and enclosure. Internally, upholstered acoustic panels wrap the side and rear walls, complemented by an oak or cork centre column, which introduces both aesthetic warmth and acoustic absorption. These materials help reduce ambient sound to a certified rating of 33dB, providing a quiet retreat in busy workspaces.
Illumination is handled with a blend of ambient pendant lighting and six ultra low glare LED units, all PIR activated for automatic energy efficiency. The lighting offers optimal brightness at a 4000K colour temperature, with dimmable functionality as an optional upgrade. With an overall footprint of 3m², the Mews Huddle is equipped to support multiple users for stand-ups, brainstorming, or hybrid meetings in settings such as corporate offices, universities, and co-working hubs.

Air quality is managed by a discreet ceiling-integrated airflow system delivering over 12,360 ft³/hr, creating 10 full air changes per hour, ensuring a space with defined privacy – well above the minimum recommended for office use. The pod maintains comfort over prolonged meetings without reliance on external HVAC systems. Connectivity is equally seamless with easy access to a central OE Petra power module. offering dual UK sockets and USB-A/C charging ports, discreetly integrated into the meeting table.
The reeded glass door and front panels iof these Mews Pods provide defined privacy with the use of privacy glass while allowing natural light into the space. For those requiring more enclosure, optional fluted oak cladding and rear curtains add visual softness and further acoustic dampening. Although seating is not included, the pod is compatible with Boss’s Hemm or Myriad ranges, allowing full customisation. The ceiling tiles, upholstered in Camira Replay Skip fabric, and acoustic roof mat further enhance sound attenuation and aesthetics.
